At VultureAlert.com, we are committed to protecting the information collected about our members. The information you submit electronically through our website, or to our offices by email, fax or hardcopy, is collected by Vulture Alert, and may at times be sold and or rented to similar companies. However, this policy does not apply when disclosure is required by law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal, or may expose you or us to legal liability.
Vulture Alert collects user information such as credit card, name, address, phone and email for billing and communication purposes. Name and email address are mandatory to confirm your membership and is used as the main point of contact. Telephone numbers are optional, and will only be used by Vulture Alert to contact members regarding timely stock alerts, to update payment information or for other business-related matters. Information is kept on file for the duration of your membership and will be purged from the Vulture Alert (paid) database 90 days after cancellation, from there it will remain on-file for future promotional purposes.
Vulture Alert will not send users unsolicited email stock alerts. If you have received an alert it’s because you opted-in to receive information on stocks from Vulture Alert or another website/ company that has agreed to send you information on stocks. That said, errors can occur so users may opt in or out of email stock alert messages. Instructions on how to opt out of receiving messages is included at the bottom of every email sent by Vulture Alert.
If necessary, Vulture Alert may provide customer information to persons or agencies assessing compliance with industry standards, as well as attorneys, accountants, and auditors. Vulture Alert may at times sell and or rent customer information to other companies that offer information or services related to small cap companies. In addition, information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any bankruptcy, merger, sale, transfer of company assets, or acquisition.
Except as described in this privacy policy, we will not use your personal information for any other purpose unless we describe how such information will be used at the time you disclose it to us or we obtain your permission prior.
